Ongoing Support

The feedback we have received in the 15 years of operating has highlighted the importance of post-operative care and education.

Whether you’re 1, 2 or 10 years post-surgery, or even beginning your journey with us, you will always be considered a patient at Complete Weight Loss Solutions.

Dietitian Support

We recognize and understand the need for ongoing Dietitian support, education and assistance at every stage.

We’ve made it as easy as possible for our patients to continue seeing our Dietitian, even after they have had all of their appointments included in our Service Fee,  via our Dietitian Support Program.

To take part in the program, please visit your GP to obtain an ‘Allied Health Services Referral’ which will enable you to have up to 5 visits with our Dietitian and receive Medicare rebates.

Surgeon Support

You will have ongoing review appointments with your surgeon.

These are all bulk-billed with a valid GP referral.

We recommend asking your GP for an ‘ongoing’ referral post-surgery which will allow bulk-billed appointments indefinitely.

 

Clinical Support

We ensure our patients are well educated at every stage of their journey but sometimes the information can seem a little overwhelming and it is possible you have forgotten something about your procedure, recovery or post-surgery diet.

Patients are encouraged to contact us at ANY stage if they have any questions for our Nurses.
