Accredited Practicing Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia with several years of consulting experience in weight loss and chronic disease management, specialising in surgical weight loss.

Kaye is our Office Manager at Complete Weight Loss Solutions and is a key person to ensure your weight loss journey is a pleasant one. You will speak with Kaye in regards to your appointments, pre-surgical workup and any other queries you may have in the logistical area of your surgery. As Kaye has been with our practice since we opened, she has developed and re-developed processes to help to make yours as smooth as possible. Kaye looks after the financial side of our practice, and her genuine warmth and care will have you understanding your accounts and how best to manage payment. She is the one who can help to access your superannuation if this is relevant to you. Kaye’s organizational skills help ease the stress of your pre-operative work-up by working with you in the best possible way. Her kind manner shines through to show you are in very safe hands in all areas of this journey. Unfortunately Kaye is a Collingwood supporter but we love her all the same.

Lina is one of our front-line members of Complete Weight Loss Solutions. Along with Effie, she will be the first person to make contact with you either in person or on the phone. Lina’s bright smile is warm and welcoming, helping you feel at ease the moment you enter our rooms. Her contact with our patients for more than ten years has given Lina a total understanding of the issues that can present on the weight loss journey. Lina has a background in reception and customer service. She understands what it is like to juggle a busy household, family with her career. Lina is also a Reiki practitioner and brings through the Reiki principles into all parts of her life.

Sue is our Practice Nurse with many years of clinical nursing experience at a very high level including Intensive Care. With her many years of nursing experience and communicating with families in Intensive Care, she continues to educate our patients with care, compassion, understanding and thoughtfulness. Sue will inform and educate you on all aspects of your surgery and show you how Complete Weight Loss Solutions works as a multi-disciplinary team to support you throughout your weight loss journey. Her role also includes booking theatre lists, liaising with your surgeon and providing education and support before, during and after your surgery. With Sue supporting your journey you are in safe, thoughtful and caring hands.

Effie is our most recent addition to the support team, joining the clinic in 2020. Along with Lina, she will be one of the first people you will make contact with when you contact our rooms. A mother of two, Effie’s kind, gentle and caring manner are qualities that helped her fit in instantly at Complete Weight Loss Solutions. She exhibits these characteristics in her day-to-day office duties and does so with a smile. Effie has a background in retail and customer service and has learned a lot about the industry in her time with our clinic. If you are a patient proceeding with an Allurion Balloon, she will be a point of contact for booking in your insertion date.

Tom has had many years’ experience working in medical practices and joined our rooms in 2019 after completing his business degree.

Alongside Lina & Effie, Tom will be one of the people you speak to when you first contact Complete Weight Loss Solutions. Tom’s experience with bariatrics and private health funds makes him a perfect contact if you would like to discuss different surgeries, funding options and also private health coverage.

Tom has a strong passion for health & fitness and is a qualified personal trainer. Although he enjoys all aspects of his role, Tom finds deep satisfaction in being able to help patients achieve their health goals and loves seeing patients when they come in for one of their many surgeon review appointments.

Laura is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in general surgical nursing and critical care, particularly in the field of cardiac care. Before transitioning from hospital work, Laura served as the Nurse Unit Manager for a cardiothoracic surgical unit. Laura focuses on supporting patients throughout their journeys, from pre-surgery consultations to post-operative recovery and enjoys following patients as they achieve their health goals.
